Lifco has today signed an agreement to acquire Sanistål’s Danish operation that produces interiors for vehicles. The acquisition makes Lifco the leading player in Denmark of interiors for vehicles.

In 2014, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 25 million DKK. It will be consolidated in the business area Systems Solutions. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings per share in current financial year.
